Did delete the runtime python folders for Reality in previous installations and every instance of Reality folders. And it works!
So sad to see it go, but I kept some of the props like the ball. That was a great way to see how the material would look like.

Hi, ippo1236. No questions are dumb. Okay? I'm on Windows not a Mac. If you want to find out about the specs needed to run p12, stop by posersoftware.com and read up what's the minimum requirement for running software on Mac or Apple computer.

To make tracks in snow, you would have to create a footprint masking element within the mat and add light ( top ) and dark ( bottom ). It can be done but not the way it is out of the box.Just out of curiousity, does this create footprints or tracks in the snow? Or is their some trick to making them?
BTW, it works in P11. I just tested it. And it works!

I have both new version of Poser (11 & 12) on my system. I was a wee bit disappointed when the legacy scripts no longer work in P12. Keeping P11 even if P13 comes out with the latest and greatest bells & whistle. I must be getting old. The learning curve for Superfly is a bit steeper than Firefly but then again, I have a library of Firefly settings. Still trying to work out the boinks with Superfly.

Could you please share that? The more method available to me, the better, I'll be in the MAT room. Cycle or Physical .My only other guess about this is you might have seen something with a "combined" node where all the guts of the shader where inside the collapsed node and the trans map was on the outside. This is how I do my own hair shader.

No, it was a screenshot of the mat room setup for us8ng transparency within the hair mat ( I think it was a cycle setup) Very elegant.. .it was a simple setup.

Y-Phil, thanks for the eye-opening explanation of the errors. Seems it would be better for me to simply just forget about trying to get the legacy scripts running in any shape or form in Poser 12 at this time. I don't think any of the authors, such as Netherwork will be updating their fine scripts from Poser Pro 2014. Really did love the Camera Panel and oh, don't get me started on the PICK from YUR digital. That was pure genius of a script. I am heartbroken that I can't use Reality in Poser 11. Simply won't load. I guess, it's now an abandonware because it needs to connect with the creator's server (Phone Home). Guess I'll have to settle for using Poser 11 or if I can find my older versions of Poser in storage, I might be able to use them for the starter base, then render in Poser 12 Superfly.
One thing for sure, tho. I won't be in a hurry to upgrade to the newest and latest version of Poser when It comes out. I'll wait for the dust to settle. In the meantime, I'll just go ahead and just keep using 11. Hey, it ain't broken...

Installed and ran. Got the following errors:
