What do you expect for fifty bucks? Having said that...It looks like some folk are having trouble that others do not have? I have found the Poser Software to be quite stable after SR5 and even before. Maybe you folk are having hardware probs? Or something.. God knows.. But if it's any help, I've not experienced your pain...yet..so it might help to look elsewhere?

I posted a valid way to get Genesis 1 and 2 up and running in Poser. Just look in the main Poser thread. I never bothered with Genesis 3. There is a stickied section for that.

Have seen and tried. Like many other folk I can't get any permanent joy from it. Have other users had any luck using parkdalegardner's efforts to get this actually to work? My strong belief..probably incorrect...is that only people directly or indirectly involved with this so called "import" app appear to have no trouble. I still believe it's a futile and annoying time waster but oh lordy I will try anything to get it to work as it should. Please, please all of you guys that have it up and running give us frustrated users some valid hints. :)

Yes indeed. I use this function all the time. The manual explains it . If you have difficulties, please state where.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I just can't get it done! UGH! I realize it should be few simple clicks. I've had to use mostly daz products ( was able to install their stuff) as I was unable to install Miki4 from CP with the help from smith/micro people. I tried everything but just couldn't figure it out! I'm leery of trying Rendo. I just wanted some decent content stuff to work on a few projects to begin with.

Don't feel embarrassed at all. It is and always has been a lesson in futility for 99% of Poser users. Forums are full of these discussions and honestly no one has found a "correct" way of doing it. Some "say" they have had no troubles but cannot explain with any clarity at all.

Try all hints and advice but don't worry if you fail miserably and give up. I have given up and countless others have as well. It's probably best to download DAZ and render etc from within the program that invented it.

Is it me or you? I don't really get it. I guess the top pix is the "after" pic? The bottom is the "before"? Not sure about this but maybe simply reducing the Density might work. But I imagine you would have tried that.? ! Is there a reason for using a "Dome"? What would the reason be? A large area in use for a game or what? Is it just for a foggy atmosphere/ clouds? Have you adjusted the dimensions of the "Dome" You can do Fog without a Dome object. Anyway, I'm sure others will be of much better help than me. :)

How annoying. Tell me, have you tried reloading your Lady "Vic4" into Poser? Maybe something corrupted in your original file. Meanwhile I'll check other options. All the best!

I guess you might have fixed this by now? But just thought that maybe you have the Face "locked" Check under Object/ lock Object and make sure it isn't ticked on.

When you spend out huge on the Oculus Rift CV1 only so you can see your Poser work in virtual reality! ..And NOT play games..

Thanks heaps for all of these comments etc. It's certainly made me glad I never purchased Poser11. I have 2014 and Game version. Will stick with this for a bit longer I think. Thanks again.

Do you know that Poser scenes can be converted to the FBX format from within Poser Game development and then you can very easily load them into "Unity" and use the Rift to walk about your scene with. A very easy process and works with any Poser figure/ character including animations. All maps are used and I've had no troubles with this. Very exciting stuff. Now all we need is for Poser to implement this function without requiring a third party renderer !

V.R. support in renderer. Either Vive, Oculus or both.

Quite honestly, until they get the textures correct and give this character/figure the look of a teen instead of my Aunty (31) then I shall not really bother. Sorry.
