I agree with Bloodsong about the lighting.. the figure doesn't seem to be the primary focus of the picture, and that there should be some debris/small rocks kicking around the foreground. Also, if he's walking, you might want to put some dust clouds around his feet. I'd like to add myself to the "Please mail me the Veritech model" list, if that's ok.. bobandgail@home.com. Trav.. As a relative newbie amateur to this stuff, that tutorial link was a godsend. It never ceases to amaze me what you can do with this software. The scratches tutorial was very cool. I've been playing with an "animal attacked" texture and it looks amazing using some of the techniques from that page. Thanks again. Hey, Pan Say for instance that I have really cool eyes from one texture but like the skin tones on another and don't feel like making a new texture with the two cause it's just one render. Which components do I have to set to the cool eye texture.. When I've tried this, I end up with residual colouring from the skin tone texture, and the iris doesn't look right. I usually just end up making a new texture, but my hard drive is starting to cry. (whoo hoo.. time for an upgrade!!!) Any ideas? Thanks in advance TyggerBob

You're right.. I still have the geometry for Phil's P3 OTS dress. and got them mixed up.. Sorry, Steve. And Allerleirauh, yes, the FT hair style is on Props guild under their headgear section. BTW, it's by Akisiel, not Anton, apologies again. As for the dress texture, I've been playing with the texturizer in Photoshop 5 and found that you can make some pretty convincing textile patterns with it. Both the pattern on the dress and the mesh in the transparency were done that way. PS, the necklace is also on Props Guild, its in a package, also by Akisiel, with a bunch of necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Have a good one. TyggerBob. P.S. Shall I post the dress textures/trans?

Hmmmm...Not trying to start a holy war here. It was just an observation. I use Netscape out of force of habit because my machine at work had it. Really, I could care less. If one works and the other doesn't, well..I guess that's an easy decision :) Allerleirauh, tried both your suggestions to no avail, but will keep all the ideas in mind next time.
