I used a cloud avi loop and overlaid it for the effect I think you are trying to get. Don't know of any Premiere filters that do that. Though I think you can get an Eye Candy set plugin for Premiere that has cloud/smoke. Expensive though.

If you plan on doing Post work om your images I would suggest not using jpeg at all till you have finished with the image. I always use PSD uncompressed format. To be honest I haven't found that the camera angle setting makes any difference to quality. If you are going to use jpeg set to "Max quality100"

Hiram you have nothing to worry about. Very little art in the Poser gallery causes one to think.
