From the limited testing that I have done so far(I only got it yesterday), it appears to have no problems. I am now undertaking the major (horror) task of reinstalling my Characters to Poser 5. I am doing this to make use of the subfolders in Poser 5 to get (hopefully) control of the mass of MAT files that now fill the pose folder in Poser 4. With any luck at all I well be done by the new year and still mostly sane!!!!!

I just finshed a brief run of Poser 5 without a single problem. I well admit that problems may show up as I get deeper into the program, this first test had none. Unlike my adventures trying to run Poser 5 on a late model Dell. Baa Humbug Bill Gates. Dual 800 Mhz Quicksilver, 1.5 Gig of Ram, and Jaguar 10.2.6. I can't wait (next year I Hope) to try it on a G5.

How can you complain when you got it free!!!! When you pay for an object and have these problems, then you have a right to complain.

There is one PROBLEM! You are going to need a bigger harddrive in the near furture.

I have have a dvd burner in my mac for over a year now and have been burning 4.4Gb data discs without any problems. The burning time is about one hour without verification and double that with verification. This is an early DVD-R drive and only a 1X speed and I just replaced it with a new 4X speed drive which should be four times faster. The only problem I have had so far is finding the 4x recordable discs. I just got some from the Apple store, but haven't burned any thing yet. There is a second speed problem and that is the write in and write out (indexing) after the data is burned which adds another 20 minutes or so to the total time. I don't know if it well take as long on the new 4x burner. Still it is much faster then CDs for the same amount of data even at 1X speed.

I like the A option, but only if the unused channels for any morph is hidden. As it stands now I waste too much time trying to find the morphs that I have injected space out in the line of blanks.
