I very seldom ever use a skin texture "as is", especially on nude character renders. I use the various tools/filters in my graphics program to change hue/saturation/contrast, etc., to get the effect I want. A lot can be learned by taking a texture and run it through some experimental tweaking. On some textures I also use local small area touch ups such as sharpen, blend, and other detail work. Nearly every graphics/paint program has filters and tools to completely change the look of a texture...and I think this is the method a lot of people use to create "new" textures from exsisting ones.

I also have all of the models listed and would be happy to help out if you need more testers. My last major testing was done for Yarp on his latest release of P3dO Explorer.

Poser 4 only here...thumbs down on P5 and not crazy about Daz Studio at this point.

Not sure if this is a OS glitch, a gremlin, or an undocumented option...but as an experiment once I simply changed the file extension on a graphic and it worked! I had a .jpg d/ld from the Net that would not open in any of my graphics programs....I changed the extension to .bmp and "behold" it snapped right in. Once I had it opened as a BMP I simply resaved it back as a .jpg and it was okay.
I then tried it out on other graphic extensions and it worked on all of the popular ones. Sounds like a magic mushroom dream but on my system it actually works. {Edited to point out that I am running Win98 SE.}

Illegal in state of Kansas, USA, as well, but not sure about a gallows? Maybe making the rope illegal negates the functionality of the gallows so it isn't illegal?

No link to a "competitor store"?? Think about that one folks..if it it wasn't for DAZ products as well as a few other places, probably over 95% of the store stuff here wouldn't even exsist. Love the great philosophical thinking in some of the stupid things that come up in the daily operation of 3D graphics. Second what artnik says about Poserworld...there is a lot of great western gear available. The saloon and saloon gal costumes are worth the subscription price for 'western buffs'.

Most of Lady Cherry's files are linked via her homesite Rendervisions....Rendervisions recently had a crash but as of today most of it is back up. You might try the file link again.

If it will work in Poser4 as well as P5 I could sure use it. One of the best of this type prop I have seen to date.

Happily this issue was resolved in an adult, mature way b4 I had to add my philosophy regarding the thread. It is refreshing to see the majority of RO users basically agreeing on the issue, and to see the admin accepting this group effort and issuing an apology. This is a very rare thing to see...and once again is a resolvement to a problem that should never have exsisted in the first place. "Keep on truckin', Primal!"
