Post a render of what you see! Alpha is very simple import command, I suspect you probably have a defected .jpg file; since you said you already checked the atmos and transparency.

Thread: Will this system be acceptable? | Forum: Vue
Yep, Vue is a Ram Guzzler! I also agree with Richard. OpenGl is a (powerful) graphic & modelling software library, which intentionally provides only low-level rendering routines. So, that you can have more control on your graphics hardware. It has absolutely nothing to do with memory. Vue has a drawback, it does not know how to use the CPU cycles properly. So, only way to speed it up and have a well performance from it is to give it as much memory as possible. Do not neglect Motherboard's FSB; I would recommend 800 or up. Hope it helps.

Thread: Vue & Poser import - why not? | Forum: Vue
Yeah, when you uninstall Vue, the folder stays in the program files. My computer -> Program Files -> e-on software. Uninstall it and then delete the folder and then re-start. If you are using Windows XP, doing a restart should clear up the harmful registry links. That should bring you back to fresh installation scenario. While you are at it, you can follow wabe's advice as well. You can however go to registry and delete the vue links, but I'm SURE they got nothing to do with Poser error. Registry links are made by windows and "Vue to PZ3 serial" is entirely software issue, bad programming issue perhaps. If you want, you can use "regedit" command to see the vue registry links. However, I STRONGLY recommend you do not do that, unless you know how to manipulate registry. One little mistake and you might have to reinstall your windows.

An article that belongs in the backroom! Thanks Charles. I already read it twice. What kind of light should I use for these settings? soft light or strong light? I only ask cause the highlight is already pretty intense!

numanoid, after 120 hrs, take a 5 minutes stroll to the nearest grocery store and buy a lotery. You never know! :-) BTW ... considering your theory, the amount of work Gebe does she should be a complete psychopath by now! :-)
