I can't remember exactly what you check, but you have the choice of how to download -as a zip file or directly to the program (probably your efw files). You can go back and edit the settings on everything you've already downloaded in your account and redownload as a zip. You are allowed a few download attempts.

"Yea but there's nothing wrong with Vista and Vue, they play nicely together!!"
I agree - I'm a Vista (64-bit) and Vue fan myself. You just have to get used to Vista's "quirks", have lots of memory, and it all runs very smoothly.

This is a Vista thing, more than a Vue issue, but it is a pain in the neck, I agree.
You'll have problems with many programs on Vista if you don't install and run them as admin because they won't be able to write to the registry or to Program Files. Microsoft needs to work on this one. The overall idea is good - protect system files - but the implementation is not very elegant at present.

Thread: Vue7 Complete and Poser - also how's Infinite???? | Forum: Vue
I've seen this issue with V7 import of Poser shader tree mentioned in the forums several times. It also appears to occur with V7i. This does appear to be a bug - I'm not sure if it affects all users - I can't remember if it's just on the Mac - are you on a Mac?

How about a scene of an outdoor adventure such as rock climbing, white water kayaking, backcountry skiing, mountaineering - perhaps a theme of "testing oneself"

In Wings try the Object Menu "invert". Not sure if this will align your normals or just switch them so the ones that are facing out will be in, and the ones that are facing in will be out.
This is what it says in the wiki manual: "Invert will flip all the normals of the model, in effect turning it inside out. This can be useful if an imported model loads into Wings inverted, i.e., the normals all pointing inwards instead of outwards. Invert will fix the normals so that they all point outward. It can also be useful to fix model parts that are created via Extract Region on inward facing"

It looks like you have some reversed normals (on the black polygons). Not sure how you fix this in Wings

If you have Poser 7 you can try using the morph tool (next to the view magnifier in the main view) on your outfit around the places you want folds. This will cause some texture stretching though, so you have to do it carefully.
It's true that most conforming clothing fits very closely.Â

Mazak - thanks again for your tips! While I couldn't get this particular image to straighten out and keep all other elements I wanted in the scene, your information will be very useful future projects.

group them together and move the grouped items - seems like this should work although I can't try it right now because I'm rendering
