Alas, Konan did not get back to ME right away (After several days, I still haven't heard back; however, I know Knonan is probably overloaded now, and so must prioritize his replies.) I wrote to him about a small tutorial problem and also I wanted to know whether to try the demo with only 128 MB of memory. Do any of you know if it will it work with that little? I plan to purchase Natural Pose, but for now, since Konan recommends 512 MB Ram, I'm trying another new "Poser animation to Bryce" program called "Susanna," which will will work with less memory and is half the price. ARADTech: If the "real time PowerGoo called Reality twisting" program is KoolKam, filename KK2dRC1.zip, then it WAS in the downloads section. I got confused by the different name. If that's not the right program, then it's still not there. Please advise.

Has anyone here actually been able to purchase this thread's subject product for porting Poser animations to Bryce 4, called "Susana"? You have to email them for purchase details, but they haven't yet answered my inquiry email. If someone has purchased and used it, I would like to hear if it works as advertised. Also, anyone know how long ago was this product released? Konan's similar product, "Natural Pose", is supposed to be avaiable today; but as of this posting, it is still not up. Maybe later today. I plan to purchase both. They each seem to have unique advantages.

Here's an idea: Render a 3D view from several different angles. Save each image. Import the image sequence into a program like Photomodeler, which turns a series of images into a 3D model. I think they have a free or demoware version. There are other programs that allow images to be turned into 3D models (most are expensive.) I haven't done this, but don't see why it wouldn't work. It would be a shame to "lose" your neat model. Let me know if my idea works.

Konan, The "cheapy" human motion capture sounds like a useful project. Hope it does turn out to be feasable. I'm sure those of us here would be interested in hearing more about it as your work progresses. Keep us posted if possible. Still anxiously awaiting the public release of "Natural Pose."

Konan: It's probably too late now, but here's another name suggestion: "Rosetta" (as in Rosetta Stone). I see by a previous thread that you had already thought of the obvious name of Poser2Bryce. Trust your target release date is on schedule?

Here's a suggestion based on something I read elsewhere (but don't remember where.) Bryce has a raindrops texture. Map it onto some spheres. Replicate and randomly dispense and size them. Then move them around and resize them in your timeline. Mind you, I haven't tried this--it's just a suggestion as to a direction to try. Let me know if it--or something like it-works. I'm going to try to do this myself, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
