Something strange just started happening. When I go to render an animation, with AVI selected in the "Output Module", then select "edit", a strange DOS window pops up. It says: "CompressQuery: input = 0, bits = 24, output = (null)". I can minumize it and proceed with no apparent problems, but it is just wierd. It has never popped up before. The DOS program running the window is one called "conagent.exe", It is located in the windows/system subdirectory, and is part of the Windows 98SE CD. I re-extracted it and still got the same thing in Bryce. Even after the animation is rendered the DOS window stays active in the taskbar, but shuts down when I close Bryce. If I close it before Bryce, Bryce shuts down. Has anyone a clue about this?
