IMO that solely depend on her intended use:

If she's meant to be "just" a freebie vanity project, then she only has to please her creator and everything else is just a bonus.

I always say, if I share something and at least one other person enjoys my stuff, then everything's OK.

But if she would have been intentionally created (or choosen) as "THE FACE OF POSER" , (Like what Vicky/G8 is to Studio), then the expectations would be of course (rightfully) a lot higher.

(And THAT is why I get so riled up over La Femme's shortcomings. If she'd just stayed any other freebie, I wouldn't have said a peep. But as long as people peddle her as exemplary for what Poser is capeable of, I feel oblidged to say, No, Poser can do a lot better than that.)

But of course, it is always nice if your own creations are also liked by others, and if you want that, then "generic beauty" is usually king.

Lots of pre-made morphs are of course also great. (That's exactly why I chose the DAZ Gen3 figures as my "base". And why I prefer edgeloops. It is much easier for the "Average Joe" to spin a dial than to create your own HD morphs)

This is of course just "eyeballing" it, trying not to loose the "Antonia-ness" completely.

Speaking of morphs, to get that expression I had to dial some of here expression morphs to negative values.

Unfortunately negative values are all set to 0 by default. (Probably to keep users from getting confused)

Still, it would be helpfull in future iterations to at least allow some negative values)

Like I said I could make a much better version now, but this one seemed to get a lot of downloads. Not very pleased with the results in hindsight but it was a one off forum request.

REALLY LATE TO THE GAME HERE AND OUT OF POSER USE SINCE COVID LOCK DOWN WHEN MY RENDERING COMPUTER DIED. SURPRISED TO SEE FAMILIAR NAMES HERE AND MANY NEW ONES TOO...hi all!

Thinking of getting back into Poser but need new rendering computer. So it is fun seeing the rebirth rebuilding (of sorts) of Antonia.

Are the morphs/fixes discussed and pictured in this thread available somewhere for when I do finally dip my ftte back into the Poser stream?

So in brief how does the slave render computer know what to use by way of resources. I thought Poser gathers all resources in an image and interpolates or processes them into the final picture (or something like that!)  :(

A few weeks ago I went to pick up a new purchase from an FFL and got lost on the way there....15 minutes from my condo. The traffic was horrible and I can't se too good anymore and I sort of get anxiety attacks when I feel out of control and that seems all the time lately!

It was raining, my windows got fogged up because i forgot to turn on my defoggers and my wiper blades were not doing their job (forgot to replace them with the new ones sitting in their bag on my passenger seat!. It was dark and the rain was causing circles of confusion for me and so many damn things were going on you would think I was making it all up but I am not. Anyway I was less than a block from the turn-off into my condo complex and the panic attack overwhelmed me so badly I  could not figure out where I was. I had to exit my car and look around in the rain through the traffic to get my bearings. Imagine how stupid I felt when I saw the big white sign at the entrance of my complex about 60 feet ahead of me!

That is what I have to deal with every day it seems so every thing even this it seems is a blt for me to squeak through!  :(

Straw and hay piles and realistic floor coverings to match for barns and hay wagon and sheds and ground. Not all flat but wavy and uneven as well as piles to put in barn loft with hay falling off sides.

The fact that the v4 one works with her morphs is news to me. I'll use the same blunt force method that I used on v4 so I imagine the results will be similar. Any morphs that dramatically alter the shoulders and buttocks of M4 might result in some unforeseen distortions. Not sure.

Of course the only morphs I used on V4 after applying the ones you supplied were to torso and head to adjust breasts and face...not sure if I also added buttock though I did add hip morphs. On M4 w/o limbs lower and upper torso and face/head are all that will be reworked. Not sure how you created the morphs or what you mean by: "blunt force method" but whatever you did to V4 is good enough for M4. Thanks and looking forward to seeing what you do.

Sorry I be-smirched you in a public forum. I imagined you being a bit thicker skinned. Sorry I misthunk! LOL I doubt your character or reputation will be minimized for still working for M4 or V4. I am sure your reputation is strong enough to stand against ALL the Poser poopies who will deign bringing you down. Just tell me I will eSPANK them down for you. No rush but will need it as soon as I can get my damn computer up and running again. Like you been out of Poser for several months....hell, almost a half a year now. So I am anxious to get back in. Actually reread your comment/suggestion. I never actually tried the limbless morph for V4 on M4 (which is the morph I now think you may have been referring to) . Didn't dawn on me actually. See what I mean about being brain damaged!? :( As I said I have used countless V4 morphs on M4 (even recently having purchased Sparky's beautiful Werebeast morph for M4 I made a female version using several body part specific morphs for V4 on it with some pretty good results including Breast morphs and genital morphs from Karina and Raffelta and the cool female morph available here for M4. If these morphs worked I can't see why the limbless morph can't work. Will try. Thanks for spanking my comatose brain matter into a semblance of action. Now to get that damn computer!!!!!!!

Oh NO!!! I was NOT referring to you or your comments or ideas. Just the opposite I appreciated them. I merely wanted to say it has happened often enough in the forums where some have tried taking me to task and even bashing me for the requests I have put out there. My reality is if I could do my own stuff I would not have spent thousands of dollars for Poser content all these years and despite not currently having a computer I can render with (and because of this dam pandemic sheitz unable to afford a new computer after the sudden death of my old one) I am still buying and/or downloading content for works in projects I can hopefully get back to as soon as I can resolve the new computer problem. In fact just purchased two new scenery props for Poser for when I do get back to my projects. Getting stuff is putting my diucks in a row to create my images and something I always do! :)

Oh it does work. I use the male morphs both built in and 3rd party morphs for V4 to make it a male. But it has its limitations. It is a great ability for some needs and actually fun doing. But as I think I mentioned, I started the project with a heavily morphed M4 and V4 to create the main characters and going back and recreating the characters this far for the story would be a real hassle. Clothing textures and accessories, etc.. So a simple morph to change a heavily morphed M4 as i did the heavily morphed V4 is what I need at this point. If I could do it myself I would. Nothing sucks more than having to come to these forums and begging for what you need to create your work. And what sucks even more is being bashed for having to do that which has happened a lot to me by some in the community. I have been working with Poser since version 4 and due to learning problems have never been able to wrap my dead head around the finer more complex functions like creating morphs or the figuring out the intricacies of the morph brush, hair room and cloth room, etc.. Actually against all odds i am surprised I even learned to use Poser to get done the little I have managed let alone learn the damn computer. Been a damn struggle Bit I have squeaked along for the sake of creating my stupid art work.
