Tom , What zoo are you going to shoot at ? most of them are getting pretty animal friendly so finding out feeding time is a must unless you like seeing furry behinds hiding in the tall grass or naping. I would sugest you call the zoo fist and get the skinny on photographing from them . They also have special walk throughs if you give advanced notice and you even get to area's normal people do not see.

Nice shot Cynlee ,now give that poor dog some water .
It kind of looks like its ready to bite the hand that feeds it.
My cat gave me the stink Eye when I pointed the camera at it so I was going to give my dog some peanut Butter to get a good tounge shot but I found the birdy one instead. Its probly best I would have felt bad after a hour or 2 of it trying to get rid of the peanut butter out of its mouth. If this keeps up were probly going to have to rename the Siman says to " Show us your thristy Dog "

Green works best for me. No reason I can really put into words. The green one makes me feel welcome like I am a part of the image and the blue one doesnt feel that way . I feel distant from it a outsider looking in .

I like 3 the best , great shot and post work on it. I would just replace the other with #3. opps just followed the link . Changed my mind now. I like both finished ones almost equal The glow one you posted and Dream cast . They each have good things about them. Glow shows more depth and I like the ripples that are faded out a bit in the new one. But the new one has good things as well. I am not sure I would upload the new one . Me personaly I do not like to have that simular of a shot in my gallery but that just me. Though I would put them togeather into a big image side by side and repost it.
