Forgive me, please - but perhaps it is possible to put this on the wish list: I'd prefer long works in one piece, rather than having to search for parts. That way, I can easily save them to my pc, and read off-line. Maybe this is the wrong week to push, though, eh? We've already come a long way in the last few days (-: Thanks again, Crescent!

Somebody please write this story! - I'll build the town in 3d and illustrate, lol! Imagine - a place where we all can be published, famous, and hang out together - our librarians will always direct clients to OUR works ! (-:

Hahaha - I'm really getting into this idea (-: I also build structures (doll house scale) - Tee hee, love the tiny agents idea! (Small, but highly motivated!) - and, indeed, the world needs more readers! As to the stereotypes, it certainly doesn't apply. I have known 3 librarians personally. The head was of a male, bald on top, 8 inches of lovely reddish brown hair down the back, wearing many ornaments of pagan design. (He was also my best friend, which is what prompted the modeling.) Another was a female, who was in special ed classes through high school - In adulthood, they discovered her dyslexia (she became a head librarian!). The other stole a man from me - no comment, but she won't get a custom head modeled after her, unless I attach it to a voodoo doll, haha.

Actually, one of the first heads I made was of a librarian (-: Perhaps this is the start of a trend! We could have a "Fisher-Price Library" to go with our "Fisher-Price House." Then, we can utilize the services of miniature artists and promote a new genre of miniature authors, haha... filling the little library with little, illustrated books. (-:

I really like the concept of "What if everyone read the same book." - If it was a GOOD book, what an impact that could have on a society! As to the action figure, I make them myself! So, of course, I think "real people" action figures are terrific! (I only do custom heads, and put them on decapitated action figures from the Goodwill store.) Fisher-Price should have thought of this! There isn't one librarian in their inventory!

PS - sorry, one suggestion from me... Before you send the cover to the printer, I'd take it into a paint program and improve the look of her left elbow. The rest is photorealistic - only that joint gives it away. (Common problem with Poser - I always have to go into a paint program and fix elbows and kneecaps)

As I wrote elsewhere - I'm very excited by your illustrated adventure! When you are rich and famous, you'll have a proof-reader to spruce it up (-: Excellent stuff. (And a nice cheer for Crescent for using the forum to proofread for you... what a splendid gesture... I'm enjoying this alternative environment more each time I visit!)

I haven't even seen the image, but Meico has me swooning (-: Lol, glad to see my idea taking off - thanks for the challenge!
Thread: A question about the Writers community (coming soon apparently) | Forum: Writers
Now that I think about it, there is a listing for challenges on the main page, I think. Perhaps, if our moderator, Crescent, is interested ... It would need approval, I think, to post other's art here in writer's forum (and possibly from staff of Renderosity, too, eh?) It could also work the other way around, where writers create a poem/story inspired by someone's art - though, that is sometimes a bit "touchier." Artists might be put-off by writer's interpretations, I fear. Anyway, thanks for your input. Oh, also, around 3 am, I suggested this idea to the Renderosity team. I haven't heard back, but if they like the idea, perhaps they have some ideas how to set this up. The "forum" method really isn't best (but it would do in a pinch! - I'd like to see a seperate site, which would list all poems/stories looking for art, and all art looking for stories (i.e. an index of links, but "internal" to this "community," not spread all through Renderosity.

Hi Jody - I'm on a mission to get a place for "graphic novels" here at Renderosity. You are so very good at them ... but, alas, I'd insist you complete them before posting, haha...this "waiting" is painful!
Thread: A question about the Writers community (coming soon apparently) | Forum: Writers
I'm clueless - But, I'd like to see a place for graphic novels, personally. They are becoming all the rage, and Jody aka "jarm" is great at them! Also, I'd like a way to invite all these artists to add illustrations to our writes. I've seen this done elsewhere, with mainstream stories, where the author may illustrate a bit, but also posts artwork done by his/her fans based on the story. It might encourage a lot more attention to this forum (even if it becomes a community, which I know nothing about.) How does one go about setting up a forum and/or community? Any feedback welcome.

Absolutely gripping - a few lines need a bit of correction/clarification (i.e. proof-reading before final output) - The poses are wonderful (but I resent that she has no midrif bulge in frame 2, lol!) I really what to know what happens next (same as in the other story I read at your site)... You have a great sense for pacing your tales. What more can I say, I truly like your adventures!
Thread: Well I'll be a monkey's uncle | Forum: Writers
Just a side-note...truly, anyone reading this should go visit Jody's site at www.tubeville.org. (Jody aka jarm started this thread). I was really impressed, and hope to see Jody post writes and art to this forum. I only read two parts of one of the stories there, but it's great stuff - everything is very well done, including site design. Check it out, please.

Welcome aboard, Jody. I am a newby, too. (probably the oldest woman at Renderosity). All is quiet at the forum in past days, with the moderator currently distracted and the American holiday. I'm hoping that interaction picks up in a few days. Regardless, there is plenty to do here, including posting and adding to the challenges. So, browse, post, enjoy. I hope that more people find this place! ~Tien

hope you don't mind, but you inspired me to add an entry to the bad poetry challenge. (feel free to delete these comments and that entry if you wish - no problem)
