You know not what you ask. But here goes... A typical cr2 file contains:
Okay, you really only need to deal with the second actor listings for this. I would suggest against just copying bits and peices of a particular actor until you are familiar with what each bit and peice does. I would suggest deleting the entire actor from your new cr2 and then copying the entire actor from the old cr2 into its place. Afterwards you can open up the "channels" section under that actor and delete any morph targets you want to get rid of (Identifyable with their "targetGeom xxxx" tag). The other thing to watch out for is the figure numbering. If your new cr2's actors end in a ":2" and your old cr2's actors end in a ":1" you could run into some trouble when copying stuff over. You would need to change all those ":1"s to ":2"s, which can be done somewhat easily with a find-and-replace in Edit Pad or whatever text editor you have available. Hope this helps.

Gabe, They mean you can distribute your *own* custom morphs for Victoria using v-only .obj files, not morphs based off of the Victoria 2 specific morphs. The Victoria 2 morphs are the value of the product. Victoria 2 is basically a big morph pack for Victoria 1. If they allowed people distribute little bits of their morphs in combinations it wouldn't be long before someone sold a character with the Barbarian morphs set to .999 and the Heavy morphs set to .001. What you can and what you cannot do is all described in the Victoria 2 FAQ, linked above for your reading pleasure. Hope this helps.Thread: Poser Bug with Victoria 2.0 | Forum: Poser Technical
It's actually really simple (although it would be nice to have a patch from CL). Just add a null to your scene (double checkbox), then replace it (single checkbox) with you Vicki 2 character. Add another null (double checkbox) and then replace that with your next V2 character (single checkbox).

The templates for the default characters are on the CD (the content CD is you're using P4 I think.) Open those up in a paint type program, paint over the wireframes and then save out the image. Then in Poser you can assign the texture to the figure in the Material Editor (Render menu > Materials). Hope this helps.
Thread: Two questions | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
hides the rock behind his back First question: Select the pair of pants. Open your Material Editor (Render menu > materials). The pants may have several different material areas. You can select which material you want to work with in the pull down menu on the right. In the "Texture Map" box, hit the browse button and find the texture map image you want to use. You can assign a different map to each material area, but if you want to use the same map for the entire pants, just check the "Texture changes apply to the entire figure" box. Second question: select the prop. Using the dials you can move the prop in space with the x, y and zTran dials. You can change the direction it faces using the x, y and zRotate dials. Once you have it positioned as you wish in the figure's hand, open your Prop Properties (Object menu > Properties). Click the "Set Parent" button and find the rHand (or lHand) in the list, click the name, and then hit okay. Now when you pose the hand or the arm, the prop will move with the hand. Hope this helps.

Thread: Holes in the head after creating Morph Targets? | Forum: Poser Technical
Pro Pack had this problem, but I beleive it was fixed in the patches. If you are using Pro Pack, make sure you have it updated with the latest patch, SR2, from curiouslabs.com. Additionally, if you are attempting to create a character which you wish to redistribute, do not use the grouping tool. This will embed the geometry of body part into the cr2 and make it illegal to distribute said cr2 (unless you take steps to fix this). Hope this helps.
Thread: Multi morph? | Forum: Poser Technical
Basically, you would need to make morphs for each individual body part, set them as desired and then you can create a full body morph (Figures menu > Create Full Body Morph). You need to make sure the figure has NO other morphs set other than the ones you want to be part of the FBM. You will now have a dial under you BODY channels that can control those morphs. With a little cr2 hacking, you could move that dial to any body part to control it from there. For more information on this, check out Rbtwhiz's ERC info at http://www.rbtwhiz.com.
Thread: Okay, so Poser ate my pz3 file | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Check any .obj file references in the pz3 and make sure the objects still exist in the directories it's looking in. You may even want to delete the .rsr's associated with those .obj files as it may be one of those .rsr files which is corrupt. Hope this helps.

"...RuntimeGeometriesnewCasualFemalefemaleCasHiP3.obj" Isn't that the P3 Casual Woman? Or does the P4 Casual Woman use the same .obj, I can't remember.

That's why I'm thinking that if it's a conforming figure (or just plain integrated as part of the figure) on the other end it will help... that way the stirrups will act as an extension of the horse. Well, I guess I can 'think' all I want. I'll see if I can wedge some time in this week to try it out myself and post my results here.
