Renderosity cannot stop vendors from removing products from their store should they wish to do so. Nor can Renderosity mandate that these products be made freebies. That is totally up to the discretion of the vendor as they are the ones who hold the copyright. Some vendors have, indeed, released older products as freebies while others have not.
If you really wish to obtain a product no longer available for sale you may contact the vendor and see if they will sell it to you. I've had success with this in the past.
This is not really a matter of making sense or not. Vendors have the freedom to decide what should be done with their products and the final say. Thank you for posting your opinions as I'm sure vendors frequent the forums and will see this thread. :)

I've had that message pop up only for one specific folder of Darkworld's poses. The runtime containing those poses is on my D drive where it's always been and I had never had any issues accessing it with PP2010, PP2012, PP2014, P11, P12, P13. Even though I got the message I could still access the folder and the poses inside. It used to happen with P11 and P12 and even when I used Mozilla browser to open the library and then it suddenly stopped popping up. Who knows why?

Thanks to everyone contributing to this thread. In addition to all the amazing renders there is also much to learn! Here's my take with the scatter volume using Afrodite-Ohki's cube and lights from the LevelUp expansion. Flink's sky, ShaaraMuse3D's scenery, Ken _Gilliland's birds used.

Anagord's Retiring Products Sale has been reset so you should be seeing the correct discount now.
As for the Monokini Bathing Suit for V4, that was mistakenly included and will not be removed from the store thus it's not part of this promotion any more.

Going for a more realistic portrait. The only post-work here was a little exposure and saturation and a touch of bloom. Lights and hair shader by ghostship2, don't know where I'd be without them :)

Do a google search for Evilinnocence's Crossdresser. It's free and supports many figures. You only pay for the license of the figure you want to convert TO and not FROM. There are several free licenses too so you can try it out first. It's fast, comes with a variety of options and is usually reliable. The Fitting room needs a lot of adjustments IMO that I have yet to fully understand. Usually the clothes just shrinkwrap for me and look nothing like the original, may be good for tight-fitting items but not for everything with my mediocre skills.
