I have had a time where as soon as I select certain morph tools, the geometry goes wonky but as soon as I start brushing, it goes away. Have you tried that?
Also, I see the morph is set to zero rather than one. That might be part of the problem. At the very least, you wouldn't be able to see any changes when you do start morphing.
Is this something that happens to anything you try, or just certain things?

Another thought. Is the dress already conformed to the figure? If so, does she have a morph of the same name that it might be copying? Try giving it a unique name just in case.

I forgot to say that this happens when I'm working in Poser and have done other things first. If I start out with just this it works so I don't know if it could be a memory thing? If I start brushing it does not go back so that's why I said it's basically unusable. I always select new custom morph - I've changed the value from 1.000 to 0 to back to 1.000 and still have the same result. The dress is conformed but then it doesn't have any morphs other than the ones I copy from the figure.
What has me stumped is that this started occurring lately but I've been doing the same thing I've always done for years.

I've been an avid user of the Morphing Tool ever since Poser introduced it and have been using it extensively for minor poke-throughs and such. In the past few weeks I've run into a serious problem that renders the tool unusable.
I'll have a clothing item with poke-through for example and I would normally choose the Loosen Fit tool to loosen the clothing. But as soon as I open the Morphing tool the geometry of the clothing item changes and it usually has even more severe poke-through.
Of course I cannot see where the original poke-through was so I'm unable to fix it. As I said, this started to occur quite recently. I'm on version 11.2.329 which worked just fine all this time. Any ideas why this occuring or if it's some setting I might have in preview? I'm at a loss and any help would be appreciated.
