I've done some Poser work using a 1 megapixel camera, as well as my new 6 megapixel camera. In the Poser render, I couldn't really see much of a difference except on extreme close up shots. -Taltos
Thread: Digital Camera - Video Out | Forum: Photography
I've played a little bit with it to build some animations. Mostly claymations and stop-action photography. I've found it works best to import everything into a PC, though, and then dump it to tape or DVD from there. -Taltos

Heh. Very cool. Looks like something out of a Pink Floyd video. I think my suggestion would be to add a shadow of the television to make it blend into the other image a bit more. -Taltos
Thread: What does everyone do? | Forum: Photography
Well, I'm a bit late on this thread, because I've been on vacation all week. Which means that (for a couple more days, at least) I do as little as possible, in as much sunshine as I can stand. Back in the real world, I'm a single father (my fun job), and a telecommunications and network specialist (my pays-the-bills job). Both of which I find strange, since I went to school to become an architect, and never planned on having kids till I was at least 30.

I just checked McAfee's website about this one. The virus itself infects JPGs, but it does have to use an extractor file to run the code. And according to McAfee (I love the way they word these...) The virus "has not been seen in the wild".Thread: A few for the Car Lovers | Forum: Photography
Yup, Jordy, it's a 57. That's my dream car. Two-door hardtop. Someday, it'll be mine... I agree about the hood ornaments. There's just something that is so stylish about them (not to mention the cars that are attached to them!).

Thread: What photo-related reading are you doing? | Forum: Photography
Oops. You're right Punk. I got the title wrong. "Frogs Into Princes". Very interesting book. I keep watching people at work now, thinking "Hmm... They just heard something from the past..." and such.
Thread: What photo-related reading are you doing? | Forum: Photography
Starshuffler: Good luck with The Silmarillion! It's a much easer book to read if you change all the characters names to "Bob". For myself, nothing photo related at the moment (well, not true. I'm with Slynky, I read this forum almost every day). Non-photo related: "Frogs to Princes", which is definately making me look at people differently, "Peoplemaking" cuz I'm a parent, and the Gods know we need all the help we can get, and anything I can get my hands on by Steven Brust.
