Sorry LR it's not possible to have multiple runtimes with Poser4/ProPack. The closest you can get is with PBooost which can set up banks of folders that you can then swap in & out of the runtime at will.Thread: " I...am..pain!" | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
very nice d-larsen :) you're almost there with Butterball just remove his ears & batter his head a bit more heh Cyhiraeth if you're squeamish you really don't want to know how & why they're all chewed up like that ;) They in former lives went through all forms of pleasure & excitement then the puzzle box (Lament configuration) came into their possession which opened a doorway to hell where they were shown the ultimate pleasure which just happens to be PAIN!!! Afterwards they serve hell by bringing new souls by way of the box.

Bryce 4/5 can import & render obj files exported from poser, they don't do too well with the dynamic cloth & hair tho. Course if you have a few (ok a few thousand) pennies going spare you can try 3dsMax, Lightwave, Maya or SoftImage XSI.

I've used Winzip since V1 so I disabled the zip function of WinXP, why bother with an inferior version when the original is still best?

The cracked elbow joint is a known problem too (her right elbow) not much to do about that but postwork. Steer clear of the standard 3 lights that poser loads up as default, you're better off doing your own or grabbing some of the wonderful free lights available here & at RuntimeDNA. When you first load posette (p4 woman) she has a nasty colour added to everything, if you want the texture to shine through properly she's better with a lighter default colour like white. You've done the right thing starting with posette before going on to more complex figures like Vicky, get the basics straight in your head first is the best way to go.Thread: New Poser-er here! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If it's pose folders there's no real reason why you can't rename the folders, apart from the folder "!Daz" that one has to stay exactly as it is or all hell will break loose.

The correct term for us is Poser Addict ;) When you buy from Daz they give you access to both formats of the files, but you only need to download the one that's for your machine : exe=PC sit=Mac. I hope you're very rich cause you'll be spending like crazy once the addiction really hits you ;)

I still have discs over 5yrs old that are usable, storing them in a dark cupboard & not leaving them in direct sunlight at any time will lengthen the life of your discs.

I just fired up PBooost & mine does exactly the same thing, using the find function doesn't make any difference. I think it's an error in the DFE as CR corrects everything for me, I use it after every new install so there shouldn't be any errored textures for DFE to complain about. I know it didn't do this in the last version before this one as I used DFE all the time but haven't looked at it for a while so didn't notice this. nicked it's happening on both "Runtime:" & "runtime:" so that's not the answer I'm afraid :( wish it was

not sure that'll work elgyfu, if you move or rename an exe when you hit the shortcut it'll almost always do a search, any pc savvy person will be able to find the original exe with just a few seconds searching.
