Thread: OT: How many people here are making actual movies with Poser/Other? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I've been making Poser animation mini movies for a while and it's become a full time
hobby.
I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to have fun creating and bringing to life their dreams to the screen without using the high end gear which is very expensive with a long learning curve.
Have a look at Tim's "Aurora" to see what really can be done.
My efforts can be seen on

HA!HA!...I'm cured ,you suckers...I've just finished a long render with my therapist who ,after many hours of delving into my Victoria fantasies etc , has decided that my addiction is no longer a problem.
Mike ,my therapist , has declared that my memory is'nt impaired and a good long and hard drive
should ease my concerns , kinda take my mind off things.Perhaps call at a libary to enjoy the
lists of available titles available to me as long as I don't crash on the way.
Now that I'm cured can anybody advise me on a Vender who does fully rigged vehicles for Poser so I can animate the up/down movements of wheels as in suspension.
My name is David but that does'nt matter now...:)

PS. I'm lazy. Can someone briefly explain what "tweaking" means? DS. /Swede
A slight adjustment covers it..I think.

Outstanding animation , almost unbelieveable that this was done by "hand"....I'm having a major sulk at the moment after watching this sublime piece of work as even possible in Poser
without motion capture help.
Three weeks seems like you rushed this a bit lol.
Great work

I use my poser for making mini movies.I've been a hobbyist filmmaker for years and came across Poser 3 as a freebie on a mag. so I thought it would be great to explore the world of 3d and all its black arts...it's been downhill since then..:)

I hope this will help , I get that dreaded panel only if I disconnect from the internet but it does'nt seem to effect the functions of Poser at all if I click on close.
When reconnected and rebooted all seems normal.
Either way it was'nt a problem for me so I did'nt even question it but put it down to a little glitch.

Thread: Poser animation: Star Trek: Aurora Part 4 now online | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Tim sets the standard of Poser animations with his "Aurora".
I've re-downloaded all parts including the new part 4 and re-watched it through.
This is truly a work of art with story telling and animation of the highest standard that sets the bench mark for other Poser animators to aim for.
I can only hope that all budding Poser animators will study this production ....there is so much to learn from this film.
Great work Tim.
Best

Hi Greybro
Sorry about delay ( had to replace mobo) in thanking you for your comments and also for allowing me to use some of your fantastic songs/music tracks all written and performed by
Absolute Zero. I used two tracks.....
Never Enough
written by Neil M. Mabry & Brent Bowers
Performed by Absolute Zero
Typical Illusion
Written by Brent Bowers
Performed by Absolute Zero
The biggest problem I had was selecting which songs from his list to use....really spoilt for choice.
I'm sure many of you are familiar with Grebro's images in the Galleries and commodities in the Market place.
Thanks again Brent.

Thread: OT: 3 to 5 minute SHort films,....any tips? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Also I don't think it would do any harm to have a quick look at Tim's epic......even if this is a full type feature still in progress it will show how Poser can be manipulated to give outstanding animation.

You could also have a peep at my contribution of a 7min. mini movie...it was two years in the making so you can see the sense of aiming away from 2hours of movie to around 3/5 mins
as life is much too short.

Hope this helps a bit.
