Either by applying a provided MAT pose to the figure or by going to the Surfaces tab and doing it by hand

Create both, the left and the right collar bone, then select one of them and drag its origin around. You should be able to move it to its intended position while the parenting bone stays in place.
For obvious reasons you can do this only where the skeleton branches.

Unlike the full Aiko3 figure, that comes with all morphs already in the .cr2 the A3toSP version only has the basic morphs preloaded and requires the application of the injection pose to make the rest available - just like standard SP.

Install them in your D|S content directory under Materials. Load Peter Rottentail or SDCat in D|S, make sure the figre is selected, apply the material.

Simply said a bit further away higher quality/resolution textures can provide just too much information and the renderer has to average/interpolate over a larger area with a lot of "noise".
