Actually, as to the Billboard with a Coca Cola logo, you may be able to legally model and distribute the billboard, but any renders created by the end user of the product would be a violation of Trademark laws as they are a "Visual Representation of a Registered Trademark."

There is an easy solution to images being voted into the top 20 that you don't feel belong there. But for some reason, it keeps getting ignored. COMMENTS and RANKINGS Use them. If an image you feel is not done to the quality it should be, and finds its way to the top 20, post your comments as to how it could be improved and what you find wrong with it. Somehow, over time, the comments section went from being for "Comments" to being for "Kudos." Work to change this and eventually only the best images will be in the top 20 because those producing lesser quality will not Want their works to appear so prominantly.

Well contrary to the other suggestions I say DO NOT buy P5. CL has already announced they will be releasing 6 (and 7 eventually) so you'll just be spending that money to upgrade, and in a few months be upset that you didn't wait for 6 which will no doubt feature all sorts of things you really want. ;) I just purchased 5 myself and am seriously regretting it. Sure some of the room options are nice but it has the worst downward compatability I've ever seen in 3D software.(or just about any other sort) If I were to convert everything I have for P4 (about 18 CDs full) to work as well in P5, I would be elderly long before I finished.

There could, in fact, be no simpler solution. >Use your voice.< View those images that are in the H20. If you think they are garbage, Say So. Oh, don't outright call anyone's work "garbage" of course, but tell them what you honestly think of the piece. When honest critiques begin the hit these images, those with substandard works who have friends voting for them, will no longer Want their images so forward to the public. At the least they will work to produce work that generates less negative comment. More likely than not, the quality of one's work will become more important in what is seen in the H20.
