I was going to have look at Daz's Last Hiro and some of the wonderful L75 characters for Hiro before you rule them out. Partly because they are newer figures, I believe that both Aiko and Hiro have enormous potential to morph into new faces and characters.

Received my Mac poser 6 yesterday... Everything installed perfectly on my 1.8 single processor G5... program runs fine... lighting will take some getting used to... Jesse and James seem like realistic if difficult to morph faces grafted to Poser Guy and Posette... My poser 4 and 5 runtimes work great.

I must confess to an urge to vent at Curious Labs for their Mac python support but i did want to mention that I have had a fair amount of success with doing real HDRI with Carrara, Poser, and Transposer though for rendering animation, it makes Bryce feel speedy.

As someone who has also used P5 on my single processor G5, I actually have had no problems with stabiliy but I tricked out my machine with loads off Ram when I bought it. As for speed, it should seem much faster than running poser 4 in classic mode. The Tkinter problem is the one big one for me; I thinking about trying one of the numerous alternate Tkinter solutions to see if I can work around it.
