Well, I guess I am a bit sensitive...I am often the alienated guy IRL. On the other hand, it seemed people used to give a lot more feedback in general to my posts/gallery things etc until the past few weeks. I would shrug it off as holidays and all that but I see other things getting feedback and comments and help and, well, I take it a little personally. (Not that everything I do is worthy of commentary...far from it! ;) ) Anyway, I am happy to provide my first contribution to free stuff and hope that everyone finds it useful (it damned well better be for the size it is lol) More will come as I get familiar with my peculiar takes on modeling and God bless Traveller for pointing me to the magnet tutorial. Just uploaded the links to Freestuff! Warning, it's big...3+ megs zipped. This is a very detailed mesh and will slow things down a bit once loaded. Recommend getting everything else set first then adding the hair. Enjoy!

Diane, I'm blushing :) This is a primitive from Bryce, a coil, exported and contorted and uvmapped. From the UV map I've made a trans map and a texture map with a hair swatch I captured from Cosmo Virtual Make Over. Nobody is a bigger modelling novice then I :) -Darth_Logice

Thanks Peter, that does help! I hadn't thought about it that way, and I do have Premiere and Photoshop, so all is well. I actually plan on rendering animations as individual frames anyway, instead of directly to avi, so this won't be too much extra work. You have revitalized my intentions,thanks! -Darth_Logice

This site is more useful than a subscription to technical support, more useful than 20 Zygote Cd's, more useful than posting pics to your own websight and is the best thing since sliced bread. Like some others, I have no idea what caused a split or what kind of silliness has gone on after it took place, but I do know this...the other sight just plain 'ole doesn't appeal to me, and the folks here have been so friendly and warm that it feels like family. Personally, I feel GUILTY for not sending someone here money. I would be the first in line to pay a subscription fee, provided it was not too high! (I'm extremely poor) At the very least, with Jack here in Detroit, maybe I can buy him a beer sometime? oooh, byte me, you are right...the wrist is screwed didn't even see it. The Flares are just standard p4 woman jeans with the bottoms tapered, and I modified an existing blue jeans texture..thanks :)

Jim, are you talking one pixel at a time here? I have some "randomly spread dab brushes" sort of thing, but they are, of course, too big. I thought I was supposed to be able to create my own brushes, but this option refuses to be selectable. It would be a piece of cake, even for me, with the right brush(es).
