Hi !
At what stage of check-out does a coupon code take effect ?
I've never used a coupon before, cannot find an FAQ.
I have ~ $80 products in basket, including some on sale, so 'coupons do not apply' to those.
I put in my 50 % coupon code, clicked apply, and the total price is unchanged...
In fact, there is no indication that coupon code applies or is even valid.
( A reward points voucher is immediate, no problems there.)
Help ! What do I do ??

This would help your customers from this side of Atlantic, as my attempt to use 50 % coupon within minutes of receipt of e-mail was refused.
Okay, I'll try again tomorrow, but silly, silly, silly...
A thought: If I also have sale items flagged 'Coupon does not apply' in basket, do they block 50 % coupon from applying to the other items ?? That would be silly, too...

After a decade away from Poser, I've a combination of 'classic' files salvaged from my P3/P4 days plus a raft of 'modern' stuff, including the Gen #1 & #2 packs bundled with Carrara. To put it politely, getting Gen content into my Poser 11 Pro totally baffled me... The above comments have really, really helped. Thank you.

I'm getting back into Poser a decade after my custom PC, its sprawling P4 Runtime and back-ups died in a storm. New CAD Tower (*) runs P11Pro. I've been using the 'RSR -> PNG' converter to identify / thumbnail 'classic' stuff I've salvaged from a slide-mount archive drive. Almost as a joke, I pointed P11's library at the P3 Runtime; it worked ! Solara lives !! { "Huh ? How did I get here ??" }
I, too, found P11 doesn't like RSRs. P11 also doesn't like .PICTs; I'm re-learning how to hunt misplaced files and tweak CR2 / PP2 internals rather sooner than I'd hoped...
== *) Win'10, 8-core AMD, 32 Gb RAM, three screens via twin graphics cards. Still feeling my way through the fringes of P11's complexities...
