Boolean2 in 3ds max. I don't have max, myself, but It's nice to have a college right next to me with a graphic design instructor who's daughter I dated. The man to see is a man known as Travaler, he is the god of morph targets, and I think if you can send him imiges or examples of what you are looking for he would be more than happy to help. I'm not sure if he charges for larger projects like facial expresion sets, but... he has helped me out many times in the past. -Gabe-
