The Deal is...well, Shayda has VERY light blue eyes, and they do get washed out at any distance. But, that's okay, I tend to believe that this would happen IRL too (IF she existed). I may modify the texture to make a darker hue of blue around the edge of the Iris, so that she looks less freaky further away from the camera. On the other hand, she's supposed to have Icy Blue eyes. Well, I downloaded the texture and applied it to a p4 nude man, and well...unless I'm a total idiot, which is certainly not outside the realm of possibility, I can't get it to look right. It leaves a checkered pattern all over the skin and the hair is all but invisible, only really present in the goatee. Am I an idiot or is everyone having this problem? -Darth_Logice

Ah, thanks :) Actually, there is a reason for wide set very large eyes and short face. Shayda began her "life" as a character I played in Dungeons and dragons, who was a 1/2 elf. I used to sketch her when everyone else was hogging my Dm's time during play. Well, the game ended but the character lived on, only to abandon medieval fantasy in favor of a contemporary setting. So, she lost the longer ears and may be an alien/human hybrid in her upcoming chronicles. In 3-d rendering, this is pretty close to how I used to draw her with colored Pencils. -Darth

lol..okay. The expression I was going for on her face was "I'm in control here..." rather than one of apathy. The eye color did come out screwy, but I didn't really catch it until I looked at it fifty times :) Well, live and learn right? -darth

I was dreading animation on poser due to photoshopping every frame for real hair..and now it's built in. You got my vote for contribution of the millenium. -Darth

LOL...Thanks, I do feel better :) Mr. Sensitive artist here I guess... People in the Gallery are saying her face looks odd, can anyone tell me what's odd about her face? I kinda like it ;) I have made a texture map for blue jeans turning them into camoflage pants and another generic camoflage texture and I would love to see my stuff on Free Stuff but have no web space to upload it to..any ideas?

The mysterious shadow on the wall is actually a poser bug...it's casting her LEG shadow too high on the wall, if it should even be on the wall at all, which I doubt. lol. I kinda like the "head scratcher-ness" of it though...kind of like the extra foot on the back of the two dollar bill. Very nice, I would've changed the lighting on spidey a bit to reflect the postion of the sun. Also, I might've used some artistic effects on the city scape in order to make the worlds merge better between cartoon and photo-realism...done right the two become one in an illusory sort of way. -Darth_LOgice
