Farang, I'm surprised you don't know the difference. Maybe that's because I spend too much time working in Flash and we all assume everyone knows what we're talking about, that's ego-centrism for you! Flash is an immensely powerful program but as the above statement implies many don't know how to use it correctly. In my view, no page should be wholely Flash there should always be an opt out somewhere. Many people don't know how to optimise and the file size becomes bloated, that's obviously caused some ill feeling judging by Slynky's reply. As far as 3D animation is concerned, in the next few years the format will become essential for us and despite the concerns felt by Slynky we will all of us need to learn at least some aspects of it. Try going to Macromedia's web site and see what's happening in the shockwave 3D arena. Already, Lightwave, Truespace, Maya, Max and Cinema are supporting the w3d export format and as connection speed increases so the full impact of the work we do will be felt. As 3D artists we will have an enormous advantage over even the best of the Flash Gurus and that wil equate to money.....!!!!

Ooops, guilty! Ok, I'll go do it now. Trouble is I've completely forgotten my password. You're right, Catharina does excellent work. My animations almost always feature the female figure, there's an obvious reason of course but, in reality, it's been because the male figures have been so neglected by us all. Catharina's site more than makes up for that and her textures don't lock the system up either.
Thread: Is there a free cr2 editor? I'm having wordpad woes | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
In support of CR2Edit, I've had no problems with this software, in fact for JCM's it's practically essential. I had a minor glitch due to a Windows update but Dan sorted that out. Some of us still have a long road to travel...
Thread: Looking for amateur female voice-over actress(es) | Forum: Animation
Actually, if you're more specific about what you want you'll probably find the girls here helpful. Try to remember that's it's an international forum. By that I mean you need to say which accent you want, the ego-centrism of Americans beggars belief sometimes, and what type of voice over you want. I know that on Renderotica this has happened.

You might like to join my little group: flash_erotica on Yahoo groups. I can help you to compress and optimise.
Thread: Arduino's Eve character | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
From the perspective of creating erotic content she has individual boobs! So, softbody dynamics become even more interesting. Her buttocks extend more realistically covering the whole of the gluteus maximus, again, when a wave is applied to this and animated you get an effective wobble. ....well it passes the time....!

I meant the standard library pallette thingy that we've all got! Come to think of it though, a viewer for animations would be cool! Credo have one on their website, might be useful for inspiration: http://www.lifeforms.com/products/index.html
Thread: P3dO 1.5.3 (beta) available saturday morning | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's an absolutely essential piece of software, I use it virtually everyday mainly for my pose libraries. By the time I've scrolled through all my animations with the Poser viewer they start moving on their own! Really disconcerting! Plus, I've usually forgotten what it was I was looking for anyway..... Thanks hugely, in case I haven't said so before.

Sorry, I was being lazy. here's the URL. It's a while since I went to Arduino's site but I'm pretty sure he credits the original creator. Jaager, you're quite right but my memory isn't what it was. I have some texture maps I've made for various versions of Eve, I'll put them up soon...Thread: Why hasn't this been done...or has it? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I can recommend the Spanish site VirtualSite links to. It's excellent, it comes complete with all it's textures.... in spanish.... hmmm.. it takes a little while to sort them all out. Super detail but the guns are the wrong way 'round on one side..? The Merc is pretty remarkable too. I've a little animation on my clean site of the ship sailing through a Poser wave ocean....
Thread: Eve by Arduino | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Go to Traveller's site at Morph World, he has a tutorial for Eve's clothes conversions. He also has some ready done. Eve really is a wonderful figure and because she's derived from the original Poser nude the lo-res figures work for her too. Can anyone remember who the bloke was who created her? I owe him a debt of gratitude.
