My thoughts are with you sir. I had to go down this very road at one time when my wife Elizabeth succumbed to cancer at the age of 29. In that regard, if you ever need someone to talk to, please feel free to contact me.

I was always watching Warner Brothers / Looney Toons (still do) and never cared for any of the Hanna - Barbera offerings.

... the toys you used to play with as a child are now "collectables" and "antiques" and fetch a small fortune on eBay.
If only I had kept all those old Matchbox cars, "made in England by Lesney" ... sigh

Allow me to point you in the direction of a place called deviantart.com They offer print services for a modest fee and may be what you're looking for. I've seen several examples of their work, printed on fuji photographic paper and they looked very nice.

Stefano, You have to remember that America was born out of bloodshed and violence, since the first European settlers came to these shores and started killing the native inhabitants in order to take their land. Born of bloodshed and doomed to perish in bloodshed ... something the native Americans will tell you. The history books are full of fallen civilizations whos leaders felt that wars were the only way to get what they thought they deserved. Ours will someday be written on those very same pages. My opinion, Dave

Thanks Lin. I had read several different versions and still only got half the story. ;) Moving along ... this name thread sure has gone a lot farther than I thought it would. Pretty cool to read the origins of folk's handles/on-line names. Dave

Stefano, Here in the states, last week as a matter of fact, a man was arrested at a shopping mall in New York state after he put on a shirt he had just purchased. Know what the shirt said? "Give Peace a Chance" or something to that effect. but moving on ... thanks for reminding me of the "Atomic" connection, I hadn't even thought about it. grin Dave

Geez, I sure hope Mister Ashcroft ain't reading this forum, otherwise some folks may just get some visitors courtesy of the US Government and the Dept. of Homeland Security. Sorry to sound like a spoil sport but with a war with Iraq just hours away, I find little humor in a thread about selling plutonium ... Dave

Isstrout, Just be sure to disconnect electric power to your stove before you go crawling in there, wouldn't want you to have a "shocking" experience. Atomic Anvil

110 posts and counting ... Gorgeous day here, sunny with expected highs in the mid 60s. A welcome change after a week of rain.
