I think my old computer takes only pc100 sdram. I've got about 256 mb in now. I've got a P3 processor, out of curiosity would it be better Bryce-wise to get 256mbs more ram or upgrade to a P4? (don't even think I can do this but just wondering)

It looks very good. I think the composition could use some work to make it a great picture. Don't know that I'm qualified to give you composition tips, but... even though the forest and river is what you want to show off, you need a point of interest or subject in the piece, and maybe a few foreground elements (a flower or a bit of tree trunk). You might use the above suggestions and also make the river run somewhat diagonally across the picture rather than perpendicular to the camera field of view. good luck

also, you can often make an alpha image from the sky in photoshop. This allows you to get only the clouds and have the Bryce sky and sun shining through
