currently i can't afford to upgrade anything. i have to borrow money for food at the present time. but as soon as i have steady $$ again i definately plan on upgrading everything, to include this ghetto 9000 pc i'm running on.

Gotcha. Thanks everyone for helping me out. I've actually been using poser for a while, off and on. I've got posing figures pretty much down and use them in a lot of work that i do, i just could never figure out how to work with clothing, so all my people tend to be naked (and until recently, bald, but i have been catching on to the hair thing pretty quick lately so its not that difficult)- which is still rather artsy in itself, which i like. My machine is slow, so the cloth room takes forever (i did the tablecloth tutor and it took forever to go through). so i'm not sure how difficult the dynamic clothes are going to be. Can't clothes be resized to fit other characters? I have Don, Mike and Vickie. Don't know what happened to Judy, she just disappeared. She was there a while back but no trace of her now. lol.

some of my dynamic clothing seems to be in my figures folders though... actually a lot of them. i didn't put them there manually, they unzipped to there, methinks. so now i gotta figure out how to use dynamic clothing, or convert them to conforming clothing, which i saw a tutor on somewhere but didn't understand it. i might now. any suggestions again would be nice. :)

so all i had to do is click the double check marks...? i've spent months.... litterally.... trying to figure out how to put clothes on don... so now i've gotta figure out what's conforming and what's dynamic.

duh.. forget that last thing about the blocks. i didn't realize that the "fast tracking" button was on. durp. no, really... i'm not as dumb as i look, honest.

Hi. Yes, I know dynamic clothing isn't conforming. But even my "conforming" clothing doesn't work with the conform option. Also, most all my clothing is listed in sub-directories under the "Figures" menu in the library. That is both conforming and dynamic clothing. I don't know if that's suppose to be there and/or if that might have some reason as to why it won't conform. There is some (a few pieces) of clothing, (all or most is conforming), in the Props - Clothing menu of the library. But they won't conform either.. I am also aware that certain clothes are made for certain figures. Vicki, Mike, etc. I've been mostly dealing with Don Nude Hi Res. An example of the clothing piece I've tried putting on him is the P5ManNehruCoat_1.... I've been to poserfashion.net but have yet to find anything there that is very helpful as far as tutorials go. I've been to several websites looking for tutorials, including this one. Lots of tutorials with some really good info, but none seem to specifically tell me how to do this. I've even read the P5 user manual a few times. Also, every time i rotate now, everything in my window turns to blocks - figure and all. I just installed the SR4 update pack. So is this a setting somewhere? Just a side note. Wasn't doing that before the SR4 update... :) very frustrated
