it's a beit difficult for a new user to know where content should go in DAZ Studio. ESP since the new installers pick up the basic "content" directory by default (which is fine if you only have one runtime and only have DAZ|Studio) but the installers of older products haven't been updated and if you just click next they will install probably in C:/ or wherever you have the file. It would be good if DAZ could update the old installers. It would cause less trouble for those who are just starting out! :)

more KOJI!! Although the Millennium figures are very appealing, i find something mesmerising in the not-so-perfect faces of James and Koji (the 1st generation versions!!) I'e started using them more often and try to get the mil. figures' clothing to fit them...

true what carodan said about shoulder area... still a pain.
the RDNA body & head morph packs help somewhat.

generally speaking, if you want a Win XP OS only partition, it should be over 8 GB. That will leave it plenty of space for TEMP files, other Windows stuff (background services that have to run in order for the pc to operate efficiently and take up loads of memory for some reason). The Operating System files & folders take up more space than what you see. Also bear in mind that any temporary files created for renders and projects for Poser are stored in the base directory of none other than C:/ drive... The other temporary files folder you are looking for is the USER one.
so it would be C:Documents and SettingsUSER NAMELocal Settings (mind you will have to select the show hidden files and folders option and uncheck the Hide Protected Operating System files option as well in your Windows Explorer Folder Options menu).
And don't delete hidden files located in system32 folder!!!! You may end up with a pc that won't boot!!
Glad you managed to sort it out by renaming :D

I'd agree with AnAardvark on this. You definitely have to clean up the C drive. Can I assume that your main operating system is on that drive? and can i also assume that you are running a normal PC with Windows XP on? If so, you definitely need more than 2GB free space on the master hard drive, purely for operational reasons... Clean up the TEMP folder and TEMP internet files... and make cds or DVDs of your work so you can delete it from the hard drive.
also check disk integrity and DEFRAGMENT the hard drive (best to leave pc on overnight to have task completed (not sure it will let you defragment as you only have 1 GB left. but you can try)

reinstall Poser 6 BEFORE YOU OPEN IT download and install SR3. Reinstall Furrette.
or
try installing furrette in a DIFFERENT directory (outside the Poser 6 directory). Say, make a folder called "Furrette" and install it in there. then create a new blank text and rename it to Poser.exe (make sure you have the "hide extension for known file types" option unchecked in your Windows Explorer. That file will serve as a dummy poser executable so that Poser can recognise it as a possible runtime). Now open Poser 6, and add the runtime "Furrette". See if that works.
you seem quite frustrated .... so i hope this helps somewhat

It was going to be my answer as well. But we don't know which figures exit_man2003 is referring to.

have you asked CP to reset your downloads for Poser 6??
do so, and you will be able to download it. Also bear in mind that Poser 6 is a big file (I think about 400MB so you will need a fast internet connection or a lot of patience!
And also there is a lot of traffic at CP these days because of the Poser 5 offer as well as the release of the g2 males package.
Try not to stress out.
If you have the serial, you will be able to download the application. :)

I will have to revise my previous statement as it was based on the initial release of the G2 men. Downloaded the Super bundle last night and played around a bit. Also got Colm's morph packs. I have to agree, things are looking much better than the previous release. Koji 2 is still a bit bland though. I hope face_off updates his real skin shader & P6 Realism Kit to include them too :)
the morph packs are very interesting too!! :)
I don't think Daz would ever consider making the Mil figures exclusive to Daz|Studio - they were originally built for Poser anyway...
