Thread: Hands and Feet (Fingers &Toes) | Forum: 3D Modeling
Attached Link: hand bones
actually , your fingers start at the wrist, the skin doesn't seperate them untill you get up to the last 3 bones. doesn't make modeling them any easyer though :)Thread: Hmmm....P4 is sure faster than P5....and.. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think that's to be expected, after all, if you load posette in P4, with her default texture, and some hair from the default library and render or move it around, you'll get alot faster results and render than you will by loading vicky into P4, with one of those ultra high-res texture and bump maps, trans-mapped hair, and a dozen lights all with shadows turned on. It would be nice to have all the new features, with all the old speed, but it rarely works out that way. But I do know what you mean about the speed,P5 is kind of like running P4 on my old laptop :)

nice run wolf, I'll have to try that, I guess I never really paid atention to the quirks of the walk designer before, because I always just figured it was my homemade characters that had to be tweaked to make the walk or run look smooth

Thread: Poser movie makers!!...What frame rates do you use? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
within Poser itself, I use anywhere from 10-30 fps, depending on the needs for the movement, then I take the clips into the video editor and lace them together, from there, I normally export it all at 30 fps

or you could use those settings and just antialas the document (Alt=Ctrl=R) and export the Image then ofcourse, there is always the sketch designer, you might play with that and see if you can get some results you like :)

"Stop right there you...." he then relized he still had his translator on and set to earth-speak, as he fiddle with the controlls, Zookie clobbered him from behind with an old baseball bat that had been laying on the ground. Zeekie and Zossie turned around to see what the comotion was, Zookie put one foot up on the chest of the fallen Shezbah Warrior and held the bat up high,"Hey Guys," he said, "Get a Picture of me"

hmmmm, smoking gun, the smoke prop would be easy enough to make, and shouldn't be to difficult to animate, and I supose with a good transmap, a gradiant(sp?) perhaps, it wouldn't look half bad. but, to answer your question, I myself am not aware of any such action sequences done in poser, but who knows there may be, or may be soon :)

thanks, here's a quicky machine gun, the timing is slow, and the prop is crude, but it gets across the general idea :)Thread: Guns Blasting | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

here's a link to the laser animation, I'll throw together a quickie muzzle flash prop and see if I can do a machine gun burstThread: Guns Blasting | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
if you made a muzzle flash prop, it could be done with scaling, I've done laserblasts that way, if your using propack, you could animate the materials to get an even better effect
