No depictions of young humanoid characters/children giving the appearance of being under the age of 18 displayed in erotic, seductive, provocative poses or context.

that's the point of this whole thread,under 18 seems to be very subjective round here,IMO my character was an adult not a child,and it was Aiko3 which this problem occurs most often with.

I have no problem with following rules,I do not intentionally break or try to break them,and that is why I closed my gallery here,
because it seems that one image passes and one fails..no matter if you are using the same character or not,a simple hairstyle or tilt of the chin can land you in a TOS violation,so it's just not worth bothering to upload.

ANYONE who's know me on the net,has seen my proddys(cept for ONE blasted penis and a toy box, I'll never live down...sheesh!) or my art or my website..KNOWS I am far from obscene...lol

and the thing about this is..I have HAD images that I questioned about putting on this site,not that I felt they were obscene,just that they involved nudity of children,but in the images I felt it was called for,one being the milbaby as a faerie sleeping in a tree,and I did my damnedest to make sure that the leaves on the tree covered all of it's little bottom parts,sent it to a mod,and it was denied acceptance too.yet,it was ok for every other site I submitted it to.
IMO young innocent nudity is a beautiful,natural thing..but hey,I also think I'm an artist...lol

in Rendo's and the mods who removed my images defense,they did NOT say it was child porn,just underaged nudity ,meaning that they viewed the character to be under 18.
they didn't claim the image was distastful or in the least bit sexual,because it wasn't at all,just nude and underaged.

I just wanted to point that out,since this thread has lingered to the child porn issue  :0)

well this got sort of off track didn't it?,
I will just post images at my own site,since I run it and have set rules that make ME and most of my members happy.
I don't have a store,therefore no need to be under the thumb of the mighty paypal gods
threatening to shut me down if I don't comply with them. :tt2:

this isn't the first image that I was told looked underaged by the staff,that is what is soo darn confusing to me,
my image "pretty in pink" was done almost the same way as the image that got pulled,same face almost same pose,different lighting,wings and hair,

but shoot I think I actually used the same character texture infact...yet it was passed over as tos friendly.so I'm not gonna chance it.
I'm a merchant here and having a gallery is not worth getting banned and not being able to manage my store because a few people have opinions on what age my character is.

I did not mean for this to beat the dead horse again,I just wanted those who have me in their favs to know where my images CAN be seen,I was a little hotheaded at first,but I have sinced calmed down,
my only regret is losing all the wonderful comments that everyone gave to my images over the years,especially the ones for "arms of an angel" tributing the passing of my baby dog kiki,but such is life.
