well at 3dcafe.com they have a model of stonehenge in 3ds format you could do your own quick picture with it :)

thanks guys, i sorta figured it all out now :) blur in photoshop then blur in terrain editor and increase resolution :) it works , thanks

I did think of a few bubbles myself but the ones i did looked too glasslike, still maybe next time. While Im on the subject this was rendered with a DOF of 0.01 and still the foreground rocks looks a little to blurry for my liking. As I cannot lower the number any further is there anything else that would help? maybe shrink the size of the whole scene??????

My guess and also from what ive read the number after the first pass is supposed to be the most accurate render time estimation, im guessing the small number is the time it has just taken to do the last pass. I could be wrong though!

i personally think the second layer actually looks good, if the road wasnt thick enough it wouldnt support the traffic :)

IVe used it before with terragen its pretty good at making complicated scenary but a little confusing, i often just play and hope for the best with it :)
