Yes, create an album when you upload your image. Once that is done go into EACH image you already uploaded and EDIT. From there just add it to the album you created.

Rules are to create your cutscene to your own game. In the contest it's states your "own imaginary game."

It can be all that you listed. A screen shot, map, as long as its a level of the game. I understand sometimes games look different than their cutscene. So, anything that you listed will work. Sometimes the cutscene looks just like the game.
So, whatever you want to do will work. As long as the image is 1200X1200 pixel image of what the game play looks like. It could very well be the screenshot but not always like I explained all games are different.
