This is Victoria 3 with this method.

Uncheck Reflection_Lite_Mult.

That depends on what you are going to use the picture for. For web use, that might be sufficient. If you plan to make a poster, it's a different story.

You won't need any third party software for that, as it is a built in function. Check the material tab in the library window and while the material you want to save is open in material room, click on the add button. That's it.

Since you got photoshop, there's a quick way to remove the spots: Filter -> Noise-> Dust & Scratches, 1 pixel, threshold to the liking.

There's nothing weird about this. When photographing with real models, the quickest and sometimes the only way to show what you want is to get in the pose yourself. 

Banding is a common problem in computer graphics due to the limited amount of shades. It is usually dealt with in post by adding noise.

A very nice shirt. But the buttons seem to be loose, in a test they went all over the place, as in your picture. 

The buttons need to be constrained to the shirt otherwise they will probably just fall off.
