I'm very sorry I couldn't be around to help you out before. :-/ From what I'm reading here you're still having problems gettin through, right? Just btw: about cookie files, on Mac it's a database type thing, not many text files which means that if you delete the file(s) all cookies will be lost, not just the ones for this website. Now, depending on the browser you should find a file named "cookie" located under the preference folder for Internet Explorer. For Netscape, you'll find a file called "MagicCookie" in the applications's user preferences folder. There might be other files for different browsers, though. Coudl you tell me what actually happens when you type in the URL for the MP? If you're getting an error message, what is it? This might help figure out exactly what is going on. I mean, I see you're sayong you can't access the MP, but if you could tell me exactly what happens when you try, I might be able to figure out exactly how to help you out. :o) If you like, you can e-mail me at carot@mac.com (yeah, I'm the mac girl, lol!) if you want to send screen shots or whatever, maybe it'll be easier (and faster) through e-mail. Again, I'm extremely sorry I wasn't around yesterday to help you out with this problem. Caroline

TT Converter is for Mac - it'll do the conversion from Mac to PC and PC to Mac, but you need a Mac to run it - I don't think you do, right? I was once asked by a guy in California where we stayed after our igloos melted during the summertime..... ROFL! I've never seen an igloo up close in my life! Anyway.... this is the image I planned to put on the medal in the first place: http://www.ioneil.com/site/gallery/medals/m76.htm You can get all the images of the medals from that site (and actually buy them, apparently). As you can see, it's perfectly round - not like them American ones. Hehehehehe! ;-)) Yeah, yeah, I know that's an old one -- I don't suppose many of you guys remember Nadia Comaneci, do you? ;-) (now why do I suddently feel a little old?) Bonne nuit et bient! ...et merci pour votre aide, surtout! (http://babelfish.altavista.com) ROFL!!

....WOW! I never thought I'd be starting such a thread. :o) All I really need is a very generic round thingy with a ribbon. Actually it's the darn ribbon that's the real problem, 'cause I could probably figure out how to do the round thingy. hehe! Just for the record: I'm from Montreal. Canada. Seeing as I'm a French-Canadian, female, Mac user, I'm as close as it gets to being a joke magnet. At least I get noticed, LOL! ;-)

I know I've seen this logo in a trailer before and thought how cool this was, but I've been looking all over the net and I can't find an image of it.... If anyone sees one, tell me, please!!

Thread: Creating MAT files - tutorial for Mac users | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks! I'm happy you liked it - sorry you had problems getting the file. One strange thing though, it's actually a zip file that contains a pdf file, so Explorer should be able to download that fine... It did on my machine a few seconds ago.... (?!?!?!) I really hate FortuneCity - they've been causing me all sorts of problems with my files lately. :-( I'm on the process of transferring my Website somewhere nicer. hehe! ;-) Dave - if you haven't seen it already, we've got a new Mac forum here, so you can feel like part of the family again. ;-)) Come join us there! ...aaaahhh... :-( I'm sorry! I'll fix that I soon as I can. I can't imagine a .html and a .zip being bad file types, hehehe! There are no AVI's or MPEG's anywhere in my site, lol! ;-)) Maybe reloading the page would do the trick? Thanks for letting me know!

Thread: ??? Is it possible that a prop can never have a bump map? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks so much for your help! :o) The boxes are checked as they should be. I guess it could have been a dxf - I didn't make the thing so I haven't a clue. ;-) I'll give the exporting thing a shot, thanks for the quick explanation!! Cheers! Caroline

Thread: Need help creating a .rsr thumbnail | Forum: Poser Technical
thanks! :o) I finally figured what it was that I was doing wrong and now I know I'm a moron. ;-)) Everything I did was fine, event the conversion, except for one little tid-bit: convert the image to pict before pasting in as a resource inside the .cr2 file. I know this sounds looney, but the original image worked fin on my Mac and never worked on a PC until I did this. I realized last night that PhotoShop can create a PICT Resource file, so this is what I did and then got my friend ResEdit out to get the resource from that file into the .cr2 replacing the original thumbnail. Works wonderfully well! :o) ...if this sounds like chinese, I'm sorry! I think I just might write a tutorial on this... Anyone interested? ;-) Cheers! Caroline

Yeah, I tried that, that's how I got the .rsr originally, but they did not work, as if what they contained was not correct ??
