I have plenty of RAM. Terragen claims it is a 2meg file, but I think it is larger. I don't have any way to make it 3ds file, I can only export as a Lightwave file. I've never had problems with large .lwo files before though. I'm wondering if Terragen itself is at fault. Ah well - despite Terragen's appeal, I still like Bryce better.

I think you could do that rather well in Bryce. However, I haven't been too enamored of the reviews I've read of the new Bryce 5. It's one reason I'm not upgrading anytime soon although I'd love to have that tree generator. If you're also daunted by those reviews, maybe you can find Bryce 4 someplace - if that's possible?

This looks amazing. The support legs probably do need to be trimmer but its the points on the ends of the legs that don't look right to me. A curve doesn't seem enough of a support.
