Thanks for all the respons's i have alot to thihk over as far as making individaul pieces im sure id make two or three characters that could have conforming clothes but the majority of my characters would be a solid unit anyone doing animation with them and looking for nice morphing in poser will be thankful once they try thoug it does limeit the character but this way you never have any trouble with pop through or clothes falling off etc

as for style i do pretty much anything concepting and sketching out the characters to be extremely difrent is the most creative step so im not just based in a primary style tThe top girl stuff is based off of looking at indian headresses and egyptian and sci fi stuff mixed with some roman touches

Thank you for your response and sharing wage stuff etc it helps part of my problem is that these are completely new characters made in lw and i will have to split percentages with somone so i cant imagine posting them too low so coming to a price for them will be dificult thanks again ! Trav

lol nothing its just extruded polys that ill pull into shape part of the way i model ! I get the basic shape down then i extrude areas that i need muscle etc and push them into shape so te speak like clay when im done with the whole are then ill go back and add detail this is all just geting shape down looks funny doesnt it lol

i think your best bet is to do it with your tex map unlesss your wanting to make it llik realy gaping and deep in most car pics i see its a subtle difrence id make a bump for it and then use spec maps to reflect what would be the edges i have a tool in lw but not sure what it would be called in your app that would work to put a crease around ther good luck
