Hello maybe I can ask something then also. How do you solve that with installers since they follow straight logic with direc>runtime> and then fixed subs like geo or pose or material (and more).?

Thks kantanas, question I heard that distance lights can not be moved in all 3 directions? Is this true or what are limitations?
How is it possible to attach a light to a distance prop. sample street and lamp post is away from 0,0,0 point were camera starts. To parent the light to the prop is I think step 2. If i think simple i would say look coordinats from prop and use them for light also and then parent but is this right since props can be bigger item.
I mostly work without present light schemas since I want to build up light step by step. In my carrier as normal photographer I use limited light sources and also build light scene. What is your views on this. Do you use lots of ligthtpoints or try to keep simple also?
BTW I am willing/able to create download section if that is handy for stuff all people here can download? Or willing to mail people when they want. My e-mail is stephan_olieman@zonnet.nl

The problem for me is that I load the prop then the light. The only thing what happens then is one total colored light. I can move V4 close or far does not matter and for sure no shadow. Them me tried to disable the pose lights but then so dark so dont work also. Something is wrong with connection between prop and light fro product. Strange is that when i try normal pointlight behind prop at least i see something happen ahahah. Also I had trouble installing since first needed Runtime but then also extra OBJ file called squire. If you can help thks veru much

Hey
I does take some work to organize your content but I use category view and make my own structure. But agree it is extra work. You can also use an extra tool to help you find specific content based on keyword and stuff, i think it called content finder on the Daz site. Also I would use a special expand directory to unpack and check all content before uploading to Poser/Daz since in some cases vendors have screwed up layout also
