Try to import some meskes in obj format with uv maps and mtl files.On my system,with VUE4 PRO the meshes are there but not the maps.With VUE4 ,same meshes and files:the meshes and maps are correctly imported.What happens with yours?I hope E-on will soon fix importing 3d files with maps..For me it is a bad bug and i continue to use the excellent Vue4 until they correct this.BUT I must indicate that Poser files and maps are correctly imported in Vue 4 Pro on my system (4-5 tests for now with Poser importing)

I am agree with lingif.For now ,i cannot use in VUE PRO extra vegetations i have bought before because the new version from add on folder cannot be read even after using my old serail number for decrypting it.And importing file in obj format isn't working good on my system because the associated maps are not loading with the meshes like it was doing in VUE4....But others things seems goods..for now.
I will wake to delete Vue 4 folder until i can do in Vue4Pro the same things i did in older version

For now,i prefer the version 5 ,more than the 4:more stability on my system,better rendering,better files managing,...only one complaint:when i am using injection morphs system like in Vic3,i have problems(system freeze,slower system,etc) and i prefer come back with version 4 for this kind of poses files.

I am perplex about Carrara3 .I am waiting from this new one more stability,more speed and a better,better selection mode.Each time i begin to have a more consequent mesh with Carrara2,the soft becoming so slow (my system: AMD XP 1800 with Win Xp ,One meg DDR ram and ATi Radeon 8500)than finally i return to Rhino 3 for modelling.I hope they have also manage a better workflow for this version

I used today Antonio(bought on Renderosity) derived from Don.Nice.I would like to use also Judy but she is so .see,so ,not so pretty and i cannot do nothing nice with her.... and Vic 3 is so good caracter .If someone make a derivative product from Judy with nice face and features i will buy her.
