Clint- Checked Studio Maya and couldn't find it there. All he had available on his site was short hair styles. At least that's all I saw.

I too was one of the beta testers. I have to say that once you understand the program, there's no limit to the kind of outfits you can create with it. The price is a little high, but it's definately something worth saving up for.

It varies on what I'm working on of course. Usually between 45 and 55%. Right now,it's at 54%- which translates to 21.05 GB.

This is no game. I have been having problems ever since I bought this program. I have told you exactly what I have and how it's set up.If you've never heard of two hard drives in the same computer, that's not my fault.I've told you what I have- one hardrive has an intel pentium 4 processor and the other has an intel 3.The one with the intel 4 is the main drive. All my work is done on it.It's the one with 40 gb of hard drive memory,or storage or whatever you want to call it. There's one mother board. Everything in hooked into it. I can't make it any plainer.

yes, two drives. A primary and a secondary. The primary drive is a hard drive with an intel 4 processor with 40 gb of permanent storage, memory whatever you want to call it. I also have 512 MB of ram.The secondary drive has an intel 3 processor with 20gb of storage. Both share the same housing. The secondary drive is used only for storage.

My system is a two-drive set-up- 2 hard drives. I use one primarily for storage. The one that contains the poser program has an intel 4 processor and 40gb of memory. I also have 512 mb of ram. The operaring system is windows xp home ed.The system is also set up for video capture with an ati cature card that was installed long time before Poser was. The only other major program is photoshop elements-again, it was installed long before poser- even before the video card. The remaining programs concern my scanner/printer/copier and ad aware, spybot and avg anti-virus program- all of which were installed after poser. As for what's changed since poser last worked, it's hard to say. I'll get a picture rendered with no problems, then start a new one-and it won't render. I end up having to do the picture in sections and putting it together in photoshop- like layers of animation cells. Then the next render works fine.I've adjusted the virtual memory so the sytem is supposed to be using both drives, I try to clean out the system on a regular basis- temp.files, history, and so on. There really is no one major thing that's changed. I'm almost convinced that- in some cases- it's simply thwe size of the file I'm working with. 2 examples of this; go to my gallery here at renderosity. The Dr.who pieces. The Dalek attack had to be done in pieces. But the one of K-9 interupting the Doctor's nap was done entirely in poser.

Sorry guys, I'm not on any network. And the unit I have for printing is also my scanner/copier. It was around long before Poser came into it.

Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled Poser, I lost half my files in the transfer.I really don't understand what the problem is. The program was installed long after the printer, and almost a week before the anti-virus program. Like Aldebaran 555, I've been having problems almost from the get-go.I've tried adjusting the virtual memory, keeping the trash cleaned out, nothing seems to help for long. Ijust know...

That's a new one on me. My problem's been keeping the program from locking and freezing up when I go to finish a render.Have you tried cleaning out your system? Defragging your hard drive, deleting temp.files and so on? I've found that sometimes that helps with mine. You might also want to get and use an anti-virus program- something of the sort may be messing things up. Are you having trouble with any other programs? The problems there may lead to an answer with Poser.
