yes i use grayscale RGB with photoshop
But what is left at white,height and depth is added by variation...

Quote - Studio has it's own version of cloth which isn't compatible with Max or Maya cloth. You would have to do the simulation in Max/Maya and export as .obj then import into studio but you won't be able to simulate it again
