Thanks Clay and Stephen for the info. I'm off to re-create what I need here in Bryce4. AA
Thread: is the site freaking again? | Forum: Community Center
I was seeing SQLServer error messages at different times while attempting to load Gallery and Forum pages. Methinks there's a server somewhere with a slight case of the hiccups. grin AA

artnik is right. There were some newer objects posted (several boat models)after the 24th and they seem to have disappeared. Odd.
Thread: June Challange-Place your Votes | Forum: Bryce
It was a tough call (each had aspects I liked) but I gotta cast my vote for AgentSmith. That skeleton, his texture and that look on his face just give me the heebeejeebees!
Thread: Why I Love Bryce, How About You? | Forum: Bryce
As someone who never could put pencil to paper or brush to canvas and create something I was proud of I have to say that I love Bryce for one reason: "Bryce has freed my imagination and made it possible for me explore new worlds". Thank you MetaCreations ...
Thread: Tell me what you think about it | Forum: Bryce
Not bad for a beginner (as I am as well). I like the heavily overcast sky and indirect lighting, really helps set the mood. The skeletons in bubbles are interesting and I imagine there's a story behind it. Cool pic ... good job Siouxie. AA
Thread: Touchdown | Forum: Bryce
If I may be allowed to add one opinion ... Since the focus is supposed to be on the twister, I'd tone down the lightning a bit, I found that it atttracted my attention before the tornado did. Otherwise a very nice image. Now I feel like digging my Twister DVD out ... :-)
Thread: My "Bump In the Night" Entry | Forum: Bryce
Cold, isolated, lonely ... what a great image. I esp like the texture and coloration on the bells. Nice!
Thread: First post, WIP - comments highly encouraged | Forum: Bryce
The trees are 2D textures (free d'loads from DigArts) and until you mentioned the name I had forgotten where I had gotten them from. Now I can go ahead and get their software. Thanks :-)

odditorium and adamite, thanks for your encouraging words. Since no one else has made any remarks I guess I'm on the right track.
