Genesis has a nipple morph.
V5 has nipples in the texture map.
The painted-on Genital detail was removed from the Texture maps because it interfered with the Geo-Grafted Genitals.

There will be a fairly detailed Genital prop for Victoria 5. It uses a new techique called Geo-Grafting to weld it onto the target figure. This allows it to seamlessly morph and scale along with Genesis.
It is offered only as a part of the V5 Pro pack.
