Where I work, recently not one, but several people got let go for sending and receving questionable e-mails.
Apparently there was a lot of dirty jokes and frolicking back and forth via the company computers.
These folks had no idea since they always deleted their personal mail after and made sure no one saw anything.
What working people don't realize is that on a network everything, EVERYTHING is logged on the server and it's a great place to find a paper trail reason to 'downsize'!

Shame to hear what your going through. I wish you good luck, which I know you will find. Someone above says 'for every door that closes another opens', listen to it because it's very true, and many times that new door will actually lead you to a much better place you may never have walked through if that other door had never closed. If you view this site on its own merit, there is no reason to call it a porn site at all, but I thought about this and I have to admit there's enough times when I come here the first thing that appears is a banner ad that will look very, very pornish. If they happened to link to the marketplace, who knows what they would think, since there is lots of nakedness there.

Very deceptive and yes, one does indeed wonder how these folks get away with making bucks off someone elses creations and ideas and making it look as if these people that just make a texture here, a magnet there, or diddle daddle around with a few morphs, well, they make it truly sound as if this stuff they do is a whole new model! It's like me adding makeup to myself and putting falsies in my top and strutting myself with a new seductive pose and an innocent look and calling myself a whole new person! Yet, what does get me is, addon and redo folks are usually the first and loudest to scream about someone else stealing their awsome work!

That was just lots of members coming to see what you had to say. Now that they read your reply, they are leaving again, lol! Oh dear, I really do have to get a more supportive bra, just can't laugh much in this getup, lol!! Excuse me while I go change.

Lavatory? Washroom?? Outhouse??? How about just "The Toilet" It might even relieve a lot of the stuffiness and constipation in some newer folks who seem to be on a crusade to make this forum into Barney's Information Playhouse or another Wally World Online. What gets me is that there seems to be just a few that are quite boisterously against this place having any OT. The same ones that seem to have the most to say about a lot here lately, and yet they want to take away the ability to communicate here?? Perhaps they should have the forum just for themselves.

Then where does Foghorn Leghorn come in? Was he like a kind of Moses Chicken Guy??

So if the chicken did come first, before the egg, then how? Was there a chicken God?

Why not just make a 'dead weight' forum and call it that?
A place to throw all that OT stuff and stuff that just don't fit anywhere in particular.
That way it's not bothering te community forum, and there's no alcoholism promoted, and no bitter debates and slapping around via complaints promoted.

It could just be for dead weight, and, who knows, maybe some pretty lively community spirit might evolve just from having a place to throw that weight everyone seems to want to lose so badly nowadays.

What a lot of folks forget is that off topics or just general chit chats among similar people can inspire, work the mind, bring on ideas, share thoughts that lead to creativity, entertain possibilities, excercise the imaginations, no matter how absurd or amazing, good or bad, innovations, inventiveness, creativeness and ideas can and do prosper from the most oddest and most realistic situations. That commonly happens with whims, and sometimes when and where we least likely look. The artistic value of serendipity is enhanced by community spirit and the wealthiest resource of all, ourselves, which means sharing a lot more than just regimented thoughts and planned out notions. The love for art emerges from all the resources and wealth of products and potentials here, but the flirting and romance of a community forum relaxed with general comfort and hanging out leads us to want to do a lot more.

Not about bandwidth control. About smiles, charms and humanities not buying, selling, or being good for business. In a more stone faced term, the online human factor associated with OT discussions is too unpredictable, unstable and volatile and does nothing to facilitate or attract more investors. Pretty soon art community should be replaced by stone faced community. Welcome to the new online reality forums. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, just do your real business and move on. Be great to meet people from here. Lots of folks I'd be honored to meet and glad to possibly hang out with. But if we meet, we might be friends and closer associates than just discussing art and art programs and gallery postings, and we may even all want to talk here about anything and everything as we probably would be doing in a convention? It's normal to converse. It's normal to have a good time, even when your greeting, meeting, learning, teaching, buying, selling, or whatever, and it brings more people when you have people karma around. But that be OT.
