While I doubt it will help, did you try increasing the scale to 100? That's the normal scale setting.
How are you importing a Duf file? That isn't one of the given options.

Make sure you have this checked
Also check where the image maps are plugged in. There might be a miscommunication if you're not using the Poser root surface with the image map plugged into the diffuse.
Otherwise, it might be on Leica Truview's end and you might need to reapply the maps by hand.

There are 3d AI creators. 3d AI Studio and Meshy are 2 such programs. I can't speak to quality since I've never used them. I'm just pointing out they exist and AI is not limited to 2d.

You could set up the scene in Daz and export it as an obj into Poser for the render.
I don't use Daz but something I do in Poser when I have to do a lot of test renders is to render a smaller version of the image and drop render quality. It looks like you're already using low render quality. You might try smaller images until you have it right.

Cute dress. That's not an easy question to answer. My mind says it's a dress so it should be dynamic to accommodate movement. But some won't use dynamics. With as short as it is, and with the developer's dress, it probably wouldn't be difficult to make it conforming and be able to handle movement. You'd want to add the basic morphs to it, but again, with the developer's dress, that's a but easier.

I've been looking at the hair shader. What I found is there are 2 issues. The first issue is that the bun base is partly transparent and you're seeing the background through it.
Here is the original in from of a light light background and one close to the color of the hair.
In the next 2, I removed the transparency. It's much closer to the color of the hair
These are much closer, but not exact. That's because of the specular map giving it baked-in highlights. Remove the and the hair matches.
If you use Firefly, the bun looks fine. The shader isn't compatible with Superfly. With a proper Superfly shader, it looks decent. This is ghostships hair shader.
