Thanks for the info. When you get Sierra tested out, please let us know how Poser Pro 11 does with the OS.

I don't know where that Physical Surface, etc., comes from in the material room. Mine doesn't look like that. Did you set that up yourself? See, I really don't understand. But, as I've said, I pre-registered for the Webinar tomorrow (Tuesday), so I hope that will help me.

OK, thanks very much, ghostship2. I did just download your shader. Now, will I be able to figure out how to use it? I did sign up for the Webinar this coming Tuesday. I hope it will be useful to me.

@ghostship2: I'll go over and check your shader at shareCG. It's just that I'm not sure that I would understand how to use it.

@ jura11: The superfly root is checked, but I don't have anything labeled Physical Surface in the material room. Maybe I just don't understand.

You're right. I should have included those things.
Now, if that worked, one screen shot shows the central floor with a small section of it rendered. The other screen shot shows the advanced material room.

The product sounds great. I'm glad I'm asking about it because I'm one who is often confused about what to do with the SuperFly shaders. I use EZskin 3 for the people, but sometimes I'm stumped when it comes to props, clothing, or buildings.

Thanks for all of this. Now, I believe that you can also keep the original image map or maps if you want, and just add the material components such as "glass" or "trees" to a figure or part of a figure. Is this correct? Has anyone tried that? What I'm thinking of is the situation where some part of a prop or figure is just too bright, and I might think that if I could just get it to be "bark" or something like that, it would be fine. So, could I find something like "bark" in VB's shaders, and apply the "bark" shader (and maybe the bump), but choose to keep the original image map? Would that work?

I'm a Mac user, and it seems a Mac user has problems with the SR 5 update. Is it a poor update for Mac users, then? I'm still on 11.0.2 because of things like this.
