bsteph that really is a big cat, I had taken a few pics of the big cats last weekend but they did not turn out. They sure are beautiful animals. I would love to have had the chance that you did to pet one. it is kind of humbling when you are around big animals and realize that we are not so powerful after all.

I was just checking this picture out from work and on laptop the res is set to 800 x 600 and this picture is huge. A big sorry to the guys and girls running at this res I will try and cut them down a bit from now on. One thing I did notice at this size however is that I captured a reflection of myself in the left eye. freaky

Does any one have any ideas on how to fix this photo up so that it could be a little clearer. The hase is actually the chainlink fence that I had to shoot through.

Alpha I am not sure how the camera handles the light there is a spot meter function on the camera that allows you the meter the light by placing the cross hairs on the subject than half press the shutter button to hold the light settings. Does any of that make sense??

lisa I like the second pic better, it is simple and easy to look at. I find the first one a little to busy and it takes away from the over all picture. Just my opinion

Bsteph I would have to agree with Antoonio, At first my eyes a re drawn to the tracks leading up to the machines then to the machines. If your focus is the machines I would crop some of the forground away. Just my opinion.
