The HeadForge will be a free upgrade for current owners of the Blacksmith3D-Suite. It will be packaged along with the Suite for any new users as well.
It will also be available as a stand-alone product that can be purchased separately, for anyone who would like to use the HeadForge and isn't interested in the rest of the Blacksmith3D product line.

Nope! All you need is the base character, which in this case is Victoria 3.0 from DAZ. All of our morphs are created completely in Blacksmith3D from the base.
Thread: Blacksmith3D Freebie - Dragonkin Head Morph! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
We tested the standard open mouth morph with the Dragonkin, and it does indeed work. You may find yourself bumping the strength to much higher than normal to open it fully.
Due to the extremeness of the Dragonkin, you will no doubt have some troubles adding other morphs.

Thread: Blacksmith3D Work In Progress: Fantasy Armour! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Actually, we do have plans to release a tutorial on how to construct this armour in Blacksmith3D along with the armour object itself.
For now, check out this related tutorial on our website on how to make a primitive helmet:
http://www.blacksmith3d.com/creating_a_barbarian_helmet.htm
The construction workflow is virtually identical, it's just a matter of different shapes in different positions :)

Thread: Work In Progress Update: Blacksmith3D Head Morph/Texture | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Good point about the eyebrows. In fact, just as I finished posting it yesterday I was thinking along the same lines. Adjustments will be made :)
He kinda reminds me of John Turturro too..
Thread: Updated Work In Progress! (Blacksmith3D Head Morph/Texture) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Actually, this head was morphed to match a photo reference. The actual guy is a little strange looking too! However, we're not going to follow that guide exactly, and will probably take a few liberties to adjust the head morph.

Thread: Free Goblin character available for download (from Blacksmith3D) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Helgard: "If I import my figure into Blacksmith, morph it, and export the obj file, and the CR2, I then have a totally new character, not just my old character with a load of morphs, am I right?" If you export using the "New Character" option in the Export CR2 Wizard, you will generate a totally new character, and you can specify whether or not to include other morphs (ie. facial morphs, etc.) Concerning the eyes, as long as they're in the original OBJ file, they will import correctly. And yes, Blacksmith3D takes the original CR2 file and "injects" the new stuff, but leaves everything else the same. So it will retain the ERC.
